My newest work in progress is a crochet shawl. I found this gorgeous Vanna's Glamour Yarn at Joanne's last week and just had to make something with it! My camera doesn't do the yarn justice. It has this beautiful sparkle thread running through it that makes it shine. Since it is a fine weight yarn I knew a shawl would be a perfect fit.
I found this pattern on Ravelry. It's a free DROPS pattern. I've heard terrible things about their patterns but I found this one is easy to follow and absolutely gorgeous. I plan on giving this to my grandmother when its done but I may make one to put up in the shop someday.
