Crochet Hook: Size I (5.5 mm). Adjust hook size as necessary to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 14 stitches, 8 rows = 4” in double crochet stitch

  1. I'm trying to make this and I think the count is off from row 3-4. Shouldn't row 4 end with 60?
